Merchandise Manager

Minds with a Purpose looking for an organized and motivated individual looking to help with merchandising. You will be the manager of the sales team. You are in charge of keeping track of, proposing, and selling new merch. You will be working directly with the director of marketing and the CEO.

This is a part-time, mostly on-site, paid position with a minimum workload of 15hrs/week. Pay is commission based and will increase based on the amount of merchandise sold and brand ambassadors/influencers obtained.

Responsibilities

• Help sell MWP merch both in person and online.
• Keep inventory of all merch.
• Work with the founder to propose new merch ideas.
• Manage your team of at least 2+ employees.
• Weekly check-ins with the director of marketing.

Required

• 1+ years experience in sales or marketing.
• Experience with Notion or other project management tools.
• Degree hospitality management, business management, marketing, or related field
• Experience with merchandising, fashion and/or design

Recommended

• Prior project management experience
